Who performs the treatments at White Lotus Med Spa?

All injectable treatments at White Lotus Med Spa are performed by Lindsey Chapman, MSN, FNP-C, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive training in aesthetic medicine. Skin treatments including dermaplaning, microneedling, and chemical peels are performed by Jennifer Spealman, a Licensed Aesthetician with over 14 years of experience in medical aesthetics. Are the treatments at White Lotus Med Spa safe?

Yes. Patient safety is our highest priority at White Lotus Med Spa. All treatments are performed by our clinically trained team using FDA-approved products and devices, following strict medical and safety protocols. Lindsey’s background in primary care means she takes a whole-body approach to aesthetic medicine — prioritizing your safety and long-term wellbeing above all else.

Do I need to do anything to prepare for my treatment?

Preparation varies by treatment. For injectable treatments, we generally recommend avoiding blood-thinning medications such as aspirin, ibuprofen, and fish oil for several days before your appointment, and avoiding alcohol for 24 hours prior. For skin treatments like microneedling and chemical peels, we may advise pausing certain active skincare ingredients. Your provider will give you full pre-treatment instructions during your consultation.

Is there downtime after treatments?

Most treatments at White Lotus Med Spa involve minimal to no downtime. Neurotoxin and filler injections allow you to return to normal activities immediately. Dermaplaning has virtually no downtime. Microneedling typically involves 1 to 2 days of redness, and VI Peels involve visible peeling for 3 to 7 days. Your provider will walk you through exactly what to expect following your specific treatment.

How long do results last?

Results vary depending on the treatment. Neurotoxin results typically last 3 to 4 months. Dermal fillers last 6 to 18 months depending on the area treated. Microneedling and PRP results develop over several weeks and can last a year or more with proper maintenance. Chemical peel and dermaplaning results are immediate, with ongoing improvement achieved through regular treatments. Your provider will outline a maintenance schedule during your consultation.

Can I combine multiple treatments in one visit?

Yes, and many of our clients do. Popular combinations include microneedling with PRP for enhanced skin renewal, dermaplaning with a chemical peel for deeper exfoliation, and a VI Peel Tox Booster combined with neurotoxin for improved wrinkle reduction. Your provider will recommend safe, effective combinations based on your goals.

What neurotoxin products do you offer?

At White Lotus Med Spa, we offer Xeomin® and Jeuveau®. Xeomin® is a uniquely purified neurotoxin free from accessory proteins, which may reduce the risk of resistance over time. Jeuveau® — also known as “Newtox” — was developed specifically for aesthetic use with Hi-Pure technology for precise, natural-looking results. What chemical peels do you offer and what do they treat?

We offer three types of peels at White Lotus Med Spa: the Nu Peel (a gentle botanical enzyme peel ideal for sensitive skin), the Happy Peel (designed specifically for use after dermaplaning), and VI Peels (medium-depth peels available in six formulas that treat hyperpigmentation, fine lines, acne, sun damage, and more). What is PRP and how is it used at White Lotus Med Spa?

PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) is a concentrated component of your own blood that is rich in growth factors. At White Lotus Med Spa, PRP is used in combination with microneedling to amplify collagen stimulation and enhance skin renewal results. Do you offer wellness services?

Yes. In addition to our aesthetic treatments, White Lotus Med Spa offers Vitamin B12 injections as part of our wellness services. B12 injections support energy, mood, metabolism, cognitive function, and overall vitality — and are especially beneficial for those who are deficient or follow plant-based diets.
