Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At White Lotus Medspa, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We value your time — and ours — so we kindly ask that you respect our scheduling policies.
Cancellations:
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a $50 late-cancellation fee.
– Repeated last-minute cancellations may require prepayment or a deposit for future bookings.
No-Shows:
If you no-show your appointment (fail to arrive or call/text), you’ll be charged a $100 no-show fee.
– After two no-shows, future appointments must be prepaid in full at the time of booking.
Late Arrivals:
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may shorten your treatment time or require rescheduling, with the late-cancellation fee applied.
Courtesy Reminders:
We send text/email reminders at time of booking and 24–48 hours prior to your appointment as a courtesy. Failure to receive a reminder does not waive these policies.
Emergencies:
We understand life happens. If a true emergency prevents you from keeping your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to work with you. By booking with White Lotus Medspa, you agree to these terms.
